Heart's locked, there's no way to get the key
K, I bet Ardilla will laughed at me. Cause, I'm black, I mean dark already and I promise you guys that you can't regonise me anymore. Hmmphf!
The 2D1N Resilient camp was greeeeaaatt. Except that it was pain in the backside. Started off with Kayaking. My partner was Bernice and it was hilarious. She kept asking me whether ZOMBIES exist and whether we will saw any ZOMBIES at the island. -.- So much for playing the Zombie Game... It as scorching hot but when we started rowing to our destination , the sky suddenly turned grey. As we were in the OPEN sea, it was obviously scary and you kept thinking that you were going to capsize since the waves are quite strong. But thankfully, we arrived t the other end of the Sentosa Beach. Had lunch and team bonding game - Sandcastle. Sadly, our group was second but it's alright!
My group name was FOA which consist of Zhao Ming, myself, Bernice, Diana, Irfan, Shabrina, Shahir and Fadhli! (Friends of Adventure) ^^
Left Sentosa and proceed back to our first location which is the Labrador Jetty. By then, the storm was heavier and the clouds were darker. Since Bernice and I were scared :P both of us kayak-ed like we never kayak-ed before. Futhermore, we were at the back! :O And finally, we arrived to the shore safely ^^ Oh phew~
We could not washed up since there are only taps in each cubicle -.- So we were covered with sand. Worst still, we only have ten minutes to bathe! Gila pa!
Began our trackking at 7pm. At first, it was from Labrador Park > Bukit Chandu > Dragon Kiln > Bukit Timah Hill > Macritchie Reservoir > The Cathay > Spirngfield Sec. But plans changed and so, from Labrador Park > Bukit Chandu > Jurong Hill > Boon Lay MRT > Springfield Secondary.
When my group walked from Bukit Chandu to Jurong hill, I felt like giving up. Futhermore, I was in the verge of peeing and the petrol kiosk was closed since it's 2am already. Luckily there was another petrol kiosk but it was a milestone! So I endure and endure till I felt like my bladder was going to burst -.- But thankfully we saw one and I peed happily. Lol.
It was around 3am and we slept at a bustop where there were a family, yes, A FAMILY OF RATS and TWO STRAY DOGS nearby. We were exhausted and were dead so we just ignore them and slept. After waiting for the other groups to join us, we continued the walk to Boon Lay MRT to meet the other group. There, they were sleeping peacefully infront of CHEERS which is in Boon Lay MRT Station. Joined them and buat muke tembok and continue to sleep for 3hours.
After "sufficient" sleep, we board the train at 6am. We were still sleepy so we slept IN the train where there were people who are going to work and school. We ignored them and sleep like as if we owned the train. Can you belive that there some of us slept on the floor?! Lol. Humiliation sahhh. But *sigh* what to do right! (ah shyte. I accidently deleted this whole chunk of sentence and I had to rewrite it. Ahhhhh fructose! *cross arms furiously*)
From Boon Lay to Tampines. When we reached Tampines Interchange, we thought that we would be walking back to school but thank goodness we don't have too! *jump with joy* Board 69 which were occupied with ONLY Springfielders plus one stranger and the bus driver. Haha.
Reached Springfield. Debrief and we seperated ):
Despite all the cramps and some obstacle we encountered during the tracking and the pain we suffered during the kayaking, FOA, still did not give up, perserve and endure. I am proud of my team mates since we encouraged one another and pushed ourselves forward.
FOA ALL THE WAY!
But sadly, we don't have the time to snap some group pictures togther. ):
Ah, finally I'm done with this!
You know how tiring it is to type in this whole CHUNK of sentences so you better read it! Lol.
I really hope I shag some weight after all the walking *wink hard*
and develop some muscles after all the kayaking *wink harder*
So what's next?!
this Friday.
Ahh, damn.
